Why we built Kompyl

Most knowledge inside a company is locked in PDFs, handbooks, SOPs, and lecture notes that nobody has time to convert into training. The result: new hires skim a 60-page handbook, compliance teams send out policies that nobody reads, and instructors rewrite the same quiz questions every semester.

Kompyl exists to turn that backlog into structured, ready-to-deliver training in minutes. You upload a document; we produce an editable slide deck, a multiple-choice quiz with answer keys, flashcards, and a facilitator guide. Every output is grounded in the source you provided — no hallucinated policies, no invented quiz answers.
